JEWELRY BOX SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Subscriptions & Commitments
When you sign up for a subscription, you agree to receive one box delivery per month for the relative duration of your commitment. At the end of the legal commitment period, the subscription will be automatically renewed until you send us a request to unsubscribe. Once a renewal has been made, it is no longer possible for us to cancel the order and the renewal.
Subscription payment
It is possible to pay for your subscription only by credit card or Paypal account. No other method of payment will be accepted. The payment method used to purchase the subscription will be securely stored and you will be renewed monthly.
Tacit renewal of the subscription
Your subscription is automatically renewed by tacit agreement every 1st of the month (if you have subscribed to a monthly subscription without commitment, monthly under 3-month commitment, annual under 12-month commitment)
If the direct debit attempt made on the 1st day of the month fails, a new attempt will take place on the 2nd. If this new attempt fails again, a new attempt will take place within 72 hours and so on until the end of the month.
Termination of subscription
If you wish to leave us and end your subscription, simply send us a note via our contact form before the last day of the month, within the limits of our opening hours (our customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Subscriptions subject to a commitment can be canceled during the subscription but they will continue to renew automatically until your commitment ends. Once your commitment is over, your subscription will then automatically end. In the event of non-compliance with the commitment of your subscription, North Star may take legal action to claim payment of the sums due and regularization of your subscription.
Exchange, refund & right of withdrawal
It is not possible to return or exchange a product received as part of your subscription if you do not like it. We will also not be able to reimburse you for a box if it is not to your liking. By subscribing to a subscription, you agree to receive a surprise jewel every month.
As part of a subscription, the right of withdrawal is applicable to the subscription in its entirety and it will not be possible to return a box from time to time by asking to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 working days from receipt of your first box to exercise your right of withdrawal relating to the subscription. For example, if you took out a subscription on May 2 and received your first box on May 9, you will have 14 working days (Saturdays and Sundays excluded) to exercise your right of withdrawal relating to subscription by returning your first Box to us (as evidenced by the postmark). It will not be possible for you to return the July box received on July 5th by asserting your right of withdrawal, the latter having expired at the end of May. Your return will therefore not be accepted by our teams and the package will be sent back to you.
In the event of a withdrawal, all boxes received as part of the subscription must be returned in their entirety and in their original condition so that we can make a refund and cancel the subscription. If a box is partially returned, we will issue a partial refund. If a box is missing (for example you subscribed to a subscription at the end of May, received the May and June box because your subscription was renewed on June 1st and we are returning only your June box), we will not be able to take account your request for the right of withdrawal.
